Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a Network School Support Administrator to coordinate multi-initiative support for principals, parents, and community stakeholders. Reporting to the Network Chief of Schools, this role builds efficient operations, aligns with CPS policy, and drives district accountability through data-informed oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and an Administrative Endorsement / PK-12 Principal Endorsement required.
• Minimum of three years of Resident Principal, Assistant Principal, and/or Principal experience or equivalent leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate implementation of initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
• Monitor district initiatives using data to guide support and identify needs for Network or CO assistance.
• Manage school budgets, contracts, and policy alignment; ensure CPS policies are followed.
• Support Network Chiefs and Deputies in supervision and performance management of staff.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems and data visualizations to track progress.
