Job summary

Chicago Public Schools in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Network School Support Administrator to coordinate initiatives that support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders. Reporting to the Network Chief of Schools, you will build efficient operations, align with CPS policy, and supervise network staff while managing budgets and district services.

This full-time exempt role requires on-site presence and a commitment to equity and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid PEL and an Administrative Endorsement required.
• Minimum of three years of Principal/Assistant Principal experience.
• On-site role requiring daily attendance at Chicago work locations.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel within the City of Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
• Build and maintain efficient systems of operation aligned with CPS policy and procedures.
• Support school budgets, contracts, and policy alignment; manage day-to-day CPS policies.
• Escalate for school auxiliary services and manage emergencies and drills.
• Attend Board Meetings to support families and schools.
