Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) seeks a Network School Support Administrator to coordinate multi-initiative support for principals, networks, and stakeholders. The role partners with Central Office to build efficient operational systems ensuring CPS policy alignment and district accountability.

The position is full-time and exempt, requiring on-site attendance at assigned locations and daily travel within Chicago. Strong collaboration, budget awareness, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and an Administrative Endorsement / PK–12 Principal Endorsement required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Resident Principal, Assistant Principal, and/or Principal experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate implementation of initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
• Supervise and develop Network Office staff and dotted line resources, including performance evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day non-instructional school operations in partnership with CO functions.
