Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a Centralized Scheduling Planner to analyze historical data, forecast demand, and develop staffing plans. You will monitor productivity, adjust schedules, and track shift refusals to ensure service levels are met.

The role requires at least 2 years in scheduling/administrative work, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment.

Formación

• 2+ years scheduling/administrative experience in gaming or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; basic Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize weekly schedules for departments based on business needs and labor standards.
• Observe departments to understand volumes and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with department heads for proper staffing and resource use.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Review and approve time-off requests, schedule changes, and shift swaps.
• Communicate weekly shifts and changes to team members.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Use Virtual Roster and UKG to manage scheduling standards.
• Analyze scheduling data and propose efficiency improvements.
• Assist Scheduling Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks.
