Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Flight Scheduler to join our Aviation team in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on efficiently scheduling, revising, and canceling flights for company aircraft and charter/supplemental lift, while providing essential administrative support to the flight department.

You will prepare technical, statistical and narrative reports, handle written materials, and assist with invoicing, P-card tasks, and office operations.

Formación

• Must have experience in aviation scheduling and access to aviation operations data.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills required.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, revise, and cancel flights for company aircraft and charter/supplemental lift.
• Coordinate aircraft and crew availability and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain monthly operational reports and correspondence.
• Support department invoicing using ARIBA/Oracle systems and assist with P-card processes.
• Maintain office records, assist with meetings and minutes, and handle routine admin tasks.
