Job summary

Genesis HCC is seeking a Scheduling and Payroll Center Manager to oversee workforce planning and payroll accuracy for our Maine facility. You will manage scheduling for clinical and non-clinical teams and ensure precise timekeeping and payroll compliance.

You will analyze staffing and labor-cost trends, support forecasting with department leaders, and resolve discrepancies quickly to maintain safe staffing levels and high staff satisfaction in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure coverage and patient care
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and payment records for payroll processing
• Administer payroll in accordance with company policies and labor laws
• Analyze staffing and labor-cost trends to forecast workforce needs
