• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
