Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in healthcare or long-term care with payroll, scheduling or timekeeping.
• Experience managing labor spend and payroll in a nursing center or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of budget goals and staffing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing with financial performance and budget.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expense.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize labor, clinical and HR results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
