Genesis HCC in Maine seeks a Scheduling and Payroll Center Manager to oversee workforce planning and payroll accuracy for a busy facility. You will manage scheduling for clinical and non-clinical teams, ensure precise timekeeping, and administer payroll in line with policies and labor regulations.

You will analyze staffing and labor-cost trends, forecast staffing needs with department leaders, train managers on scheduling and payroll systems, and ensure audits and compliance across timekeeping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, accounting, or related field.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with healthcare scheduling and payroll systems (e.g., Kronos, UKG).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staffing and scheduling for clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Manage payroll processes, timekeeping accuracy, and attendance tracking.
• Analyze staffing, overtime, and labor-cost reports; adjust to meet budget targets.

In this role, you will manage scheduling for clinical and non-clinical teams, ensure precise timekeeping, and administer payroll in compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You will analyze staffing and labor-cost trends, support department leaders with forecasting, and resolve discrepancies quickly. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you’ll help maintain safe staffing levels while supporting operational efficiency and staff satisfaction.

• Oversee daily staffing schedules for clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure safe, efficient coverage across the center
• Manage payroll processes, timekeeping accuracy, and attendance tracking in alignment with Genesis HCC policies
• Analyze staffing, overtime, and labor cost reports; recommend adjustments to meet budget and quality targets
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and administrative leaders to forecast staffing needs and support census changes
• Train and support managers and staff on scheduling and payroll systems, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational regulations related to timekeeping, payroll, and labor standards
