Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and production teams at our factory store in Morrisville, NC. The role focuses on coordinating customer scheduling, handling inquiries, and improving order flow.

You'll work with installers, store management, and customers to ensure timely, cost-effective installations, while managing paperwork, vendor payments, and subcontractors. A background in logistics and solid Office/CRM skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or scheduling preferred.
• CRM software experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers post-order and begin scheduling.
• Coordinate installations with customers, store management and installers.
• Prepare installer dispatches and verify orders.
• Reconcile purchase orders and manage accounts receivable.
• Liaise with Home Depot on order status inquiries.
