Job summary

Tuff Shed Seattle Factory Store is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support sales and production teams. You will manage customer communications, scheduling, warranties, and collaboration with installers and management to optimize build efficiency.

You will also handle document prep, reporting, and financial tasks like processing payments and reconciling orders, while maintaining CRM data and responding to Home Depot inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, coordination, or project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to solve problems using logic and business judgment.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn product details.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers after order receipt and initiate scheduling; resolve complaints.
• Manage warranties and coordinate warranty scheduling.
• Suggest enhancements to orders based on products and accessories.
• Coordinate appointments and liaise with customers, store management, and installers.
• Ensure schedules are efficient and cost-effective for Tuff Shed and installers.
• Maintain knowledge of subcontractors' skills and capacity to maximize daily build efficiency.
