Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Store operations, coordinating logistics, staff performance, and customer service to drive profitability. You will supervise logistics, recruitment, scheduling, and warranty processes under the District Manager.

You will partner with production and installation teams to meet budgets, quality standards, and delivery timelines while maintaining safety and DOT/OSHA compliance across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production environments.
• Proven B2C sales experience with large-ticket products.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage employees.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and employment law.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Ability to analyze problems and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with Operations employees and supervise teams.
• Manage shipping, receiving, PACK, and cross-dock communication.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise operations staff under DM.
• Oversee scheduling of Operations team and materials.
• Handle customer service, warranty issues, scheduling repairs.
• Assist DM with corporate document submittals.
• Ensure profitable production and control staffing levels.
• Evaluate fabricator performance and enforce disciplinary actions.
• Ensure quality and customer experience align with company expectations.
• Manage the warranty program and repairs.
