Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. in Morrisville, NC is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and Production teams at the factory store. You will contact customers after order receipt, schedule installations with Certified Installers, manage warranty issues, and coordinate with Home Depot channels.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, CRM experience, problem solving, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, coordination, or project management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
• Strong communication at all levels with customers and partners.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers after order receipt and initiate scheduling; resolve complaints.
• Manage warranty issues and schedule warranties efficiently.
• Assist customers with product options and order enhancements.
• Coordinate appointments and installations with customers, store management, and installers.
• Ensure scheduling is efficient and cost-effective for all parties.
• Maintain subcontractor knowledge to maximize daily build efficiency.
• Prepare installer dispatches and verify orders and product serial numbers.
• Reconcile purchase orders and manage accounts receivable for store channels.
