Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and Production teams at our Tuff Shed Factory Store. You will contact customers after order receipt, initiate scheduling, and help resolve issues to ensure smooth installations.

This role requires strong computer skills, CRM familiarity (JDEdwards, Salesforce) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with installers and store management.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, coordination or project management is preferred.
• Hands-on computer skills and CRM familiarity are required.
• Ability to solve problems with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling with customers, management and installers.
• Prepare installer dispatches and verify orders and numbers.
• Reconcile purchase orders and manage accounts receivable for store channels.
• Maintain sub-contractor capacity and optimize daily build schedules.
• Act as first contact for Home Depot queries from sales and customers.
