Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support sales and Production teams at the Franklin Park store. You will manage scheduling with customers, installers, and management, and handle orders, warranties, and invoicing.

The role requires strong computer skills, CRM experience, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. You will work with Home Depot channels, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure accurate paperwork and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, coordination or project management.
• Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to solve problems using sound logic and business judgment.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Must read, write and understand instructions and communicate professionally.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling with customers, store management and installers.
• Prepare store checks for vendor expenses and process payments weekly.
• Reconcile purchase orders and manage accounts receivable for retail channels.
• Liaise with Home Depot queries from sales teams and customers.
