Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Livonia, MI to support sales and production teams at the Detroit Factory Store. You will manage scheduling, customer communications, warranty coordination, and collaboration with installers to optimize daily workloads.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills, plus experience in logistics or project coordination. A valid driver's license is required. This is an hourly, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful prior experience working in logistics, coordination, project management, or in a similar capacity.
• Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet applications; CRM software experience (JDEdwards, Salesforce or similar).
• Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects.
• Ability to discuss offers and options with partners and customers.
• Must possess a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments with customers.
• Work directly with customers, store management, and Certified Installers to schedule installations.
• Prepare Installer Dispatches for sub-contractors - verify orders, assign product serial number, create Installer purchase orders, assign Installer rates (and any additional adjustments).
• Reconcile Home Depot purchase orders with Tuff Shed Sales orders to assure accuracy.
• Manage A/R for the store for both Retail and Home Depot channels.
• Monitor Home Depot purchase orders – reconcile, update and close to ensure accurate payment on HD Connect software.
• Database maintenance and management.
