Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and Production teams at our Tuff Shed Factory Store. You will handle scheduling, customer communications, warranty processing, and coordination with installers to ensure efficient builds and happy customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, coordination or project management.
• Hands-on computer skills with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Experience with CRM software such as JDEdwards or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers after order receipt and begin scheduling; resolve complaints.
• Coordinate appointments with customers and schedule installations with Certified Installers.
• Prepare installer dispatches, verify orders and assign rates.
• Reconcile Home Depot purchase orders with Tuff Shed Sales orders for accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable for Retail and Home Depot channels.
• Maintain store documentation and reporting.
