Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. in Livonia, MI is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and production teams at our factory store. The role involves contacting customers, initiating scheduling, resolving issues, and coordinating with installers to ensure smooth, cost-effective scheduling.

You will also handle documentation, vendor payments, and liaise with Home Depot. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or scheduling is preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software (JDEdwards/Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Ability to solve problems with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers after order receipt to begin scheduling and resolve issues.
• Coordinate appointments with customers and installers; ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare store checks for vendor expenses; Weekly processing of payment.
• Reconcile Home Depot purchase orders with Tuff Shed Sales orders; manage A/R.
• Monitor Home Depot purchase orders; update and close to ensure accurate payment.
