Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, HR and Finance to publish weekly and monthly staffing plans, maintain data accuracy in scheduling systems, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workforce planning, scheduling, or related analytics.
• Strong knowledge of labor standards and scheduling optimization.
• Experience with scheduling systems and data management.
