Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is seeking a Workforce Analyst to develop and maintain reports across properties, analyze data to drive financial results, and monitor FTE and scheduling systems for optimal productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 4 years in casino accounting, advanced Excel, and experience with Infinium or similar systems. Flexibility for varying shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years in casino accounting/financial management.
• Advanced MS Excel and database software proficiency; Infinium experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership and time-management abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data, compensation and turnover to identify trends.
• Create and implement a labor scorecard to visualize HR metrics.
• Coordinate weekly FTE variance analysis for reports.
• Develop labor standards and reporting for productivity analysis.
• Assist in payroll budgeting and department budget preparation.
