Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun seeks a Manager, Workforce Planning Analytics to lead data-driven labor planning and reporting across properties. You will develop reports, monitor FTE levels, and optimize scheduling to drive financial results.

The role requires strong Excel and database skills, healthcare of data, and leadership ability within a hospitality/casino environment. You will partner with senior management to improve productivity and control labor costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Four years of accounting/financial management experience in the casino industry or equivalent.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data, compensation, and turnover metrics to identify trends and inform management decisions.
• Create a labor scorecard to visualize HR performance, costs, hiring, turnover and productivity.
• Coordinate weekly FTE variance analyses and payroll budgeting support.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards across properties to optimize labor efficiency.
