Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Scheduling Analyst II to optimize labor deployment across a high-volume hospitality operation. You will build weekly and monthly staffing plans, forecast demand, and ensure compliance with policies and union agreements.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Centralized Scheduling, you will partner with Operations, HR and Finance to deliver data-driven schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of workforce planning software and scheduling systems.
• Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Amadeus, or RMS.
• 3+ years experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operational analytics.
• Strong knowledge of labor standards, scheduling optimization, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain weekly and monthly staff schedules aligned with demand and labor standards.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust in response to guest demand and operations.
• Serve as on-property SME for scheduling systems and manage data accuracy.
• Analyze reports on staffing utilization, labor costs, and productivity for decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, HR to align labor plans with budgets.
• Communicate schedule updates and insights to leaders and team members.
