Job summary

Hard Rock International on the Las Vegas Strip is building a luxury resort and will need a strategic Manager, Operational Planning & Analysis to guide workforce planning, labor modeling, and performance analytics. You will partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to support pre-opening readiness and post-opening profitability.

The role requires strong data-driven decision-making, project leadership, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in business analytics, operational planning, workforce planning, finance, project management, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience leading projects, initiatives, or analytical teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from planning through execution.
• Experience supporting workforce forecasting and labor optimization in high-volume, service-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of property-wide workforce planning models and labor forecasts.
• Oversee weekly workforce analytics reporting including FTE variance, vacancy, turnover, and productivity analyses.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide data collection and reporting across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Corporate partners.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives driving operational excellence.
• Develop analytical frameworks and decision-support tools to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executives.
• Monitor productivity targets and labor standards to align with financial objectives.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across operational data streams.
