Job summary

Accenture PLC in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Sales Leader to drive end-to-end SAP-focused engagements. You will prospect, qualify, shape solutions, and negotiate with C-suite executives, building trust as a strategic advisor.

You will collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams, manage a robust pipeline, and travel 25-50% to client sites and events. A 7+ year direct selling background and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' direct selling experience in technology or related industries.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP or comparable (Oracle, Infor, etc.) as a seller or user.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience selling software licenses/subscriptions and carrying a sales target of $5M or more.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit/gap sessions to map client environments (SAP and non-SAP) and co-develop data strategies for AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery to ensure customer requirements are addressed and scoped properly.
• Prospect for new customers and nurture existing customers to win add-on business.
• Manage a prospect list and pipeline with CRM hygiene across customers, prospects, and channel opportunities.
• Engage with regional SAP sales teams to align on joint pursuit strategies and partner opportunities.
• Participate in market events and collaborate to grow product and solution knowledge.
