Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payment operations with policy and accounting requirements, and ensure integration across SAP IS-U solutions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical teams to drive solution quality, testing, and operational readiness, while guiding a team of FI-CA consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
1+ year leading a functional workstream or team.
Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA design and delivery.

Responsibilities

Own FI-CA workstream scope, processes, and delivery plans.
Define functional design for receivables, payments, dunning, and controls.
Lead workshops and translate requirements into FI-CA designs.
Drive integration with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and GL.
Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
Coach FI-CA consultants and manage cross-workstream issues.
