Job summary
Cognizant in Plano, TX is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will engage with stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to define requirements and support solution delivery.
Responsibilities include leading workshops, designing user stories, guiding UAT, and acting as the liaison between business and technical teams while ensuring data integrity and governance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience; Financial Service Cloud knowledge required.
- Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating to user stories and specs.
- Experience with gap/impact analysis and aligning solutions to Salesforce best practices.
- Experience with UAT planning, test cases, data models, integrations, reports, KPIs, security.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and design discussions translating needs into user stories and specs.
- Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead UAT planning, test case development, execution and defect management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams on progress and risks.
- Analyze data models, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
