Job summary

PowerPlan is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and IT, owning Salesforce requirements and driving enhancements across Sales, Support, Operations, and Marketing. You will translate requests into clear system specs and partner with developers to assess feasibility, scope, and impact before delivery.

This hybrid role combines onsite collaboration at our Atlanta-area office with remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in business analysis roles.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers to scope and validate enhancements.
• Experience supporting Salesforce-integrated apps such as Concur and Certinia.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3+ years directly supporting Salesforce projects (integrations, updates, upgrades).

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and clarify requirements for incoming enhancement requests.
• Deliver expert, functional-level second-tier support for Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Recognize when a support issue is actually an enhancement opportunity and route it accordingly.
• Contribute to system audits, governance, and compliance standards with accuracy and reliability.
• Partner effectively with the Business Systems team's developers and stakeholders across departments.
