Job summary

Catalyst Corporate is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform. The role requires 3–5 years of Lightning experience, translating user requests into actionable requirements, and building flows for complex automation.

Hybrid work in Plano, TX, with opportunities to collaborate across teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce Lightning experience.
• Translate user requests into clear requirements and design/implement solutions.
• Create and manage Flows to automate business logic and integrate Salesforce features.
• Write database queries using SQL and SOQL.
• Manage user profiles, permissions, and OWD settings; perform CRED operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Show initiative and ability to work independently and in a team.
