Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers to understand requirements, design custom solutions, deliver and implement innovative real-world outcomes.

You will lead project implementation, oversee architecture with the delivery team and travel up to 20% as needed. A Salesforce Certification or MBA with 5+ years of Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency with Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and 5+ years' experience on Salesforce.
• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading multiple enterprise projects from end-to-end.
• Experience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with the delivery team.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and design custom solutions.
• Conduct pre-sales discovery and define scopes of work.
• Coordinate with Practice Directors to resource scopes of work.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and weekly client status meetings.
• Provide final QA of all completed work.
• Deliver end-user training as needed.
• Develop roadmaps for new initiatives with clients.
