Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems with technical solutions for clients. You will engage with customers to understand needs, design custom solutions, and deliver innovative real-world implementations.

You will provide consultative guidance on best practices, own end-to-end project delivery, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure success. A minimum 20% travel is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and scoping to generate Solutions of Work.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with delivery teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture business needs and define requirements.
• Oversee timeline, client meetings, and final QA of deliverables.
• Provide end-user training for clientele as needed.
• Develop roadmaps and identify new initiatives for future work.
