Job summary
Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients from discovery to delivery.
You will engage with customers, design innovative real-world Salesforce solutions, and provide consultative advice on industry best practices. The role requires travel and leadership of enterprise-scale initiatives across our practice teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience and core product competency.
- MBA or Salesforce Certification preferred.
- Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and own enterprise projects end-to-end.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Pre-sales discovery and documenting requirements to form a Scope of Work.
- Resource planning with Practice Directors for scopes of work.
- Capture business needs and define processes with stakeholders.
- Fully solution scopes of work to meet business needs clearly.
- Lead implementation and oversee architectural design with the team.
- Facilitate kickoff, weekly client status meetings and timelines.
- Provide final QA on all completed work.
- Design and deliver end-user training as needed.
- Develop roadmaps for new initiatives with clients.
- Share joint responsibility for project success with the delivery team.
