Job summary

Veracyte, Inc. is seeking a Prosigna Sales Training Manager to drive the annual training plan and onboarding of new and tenured sales teams.

The role partners with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and other teams to design and deliver workshops at meetings and online sessions throughout the year. The candidate will develop curriculum, update content, and manage pro gram delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable impact on sales performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial sales training or equivalent medical/biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• 4-year degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, education, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Familiarity in commercial medical sales into physician offices in the IVD or LDT space
• Travel 15-25% of the time – dependent on needs of in person training
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies
• 2+ years Veracyte experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute onboarding for new sales hires and ongoing advanced training
• Create and update training content (written and video) with cross-functional input
• Lead classroom and virtual sales training sessions
• Coordinate ride-alongs and onboarding activities with the sales team
• Plan training aligned with annual brand and tactical plans with Marketing
• Ensure training compliance and regulatory/MLR approvals
• Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback to leadership
• Train other Business Unit hires and cross-functional personnel
