Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead the development, delivery, and management of training programs across multiple disease states, ensuring compliant customer interactions and selling excellence.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to design scalable onboarding, live and virtual trainings, and ongoing learning experiences that drive performance and revenue growth in a hybrid/remote work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of high-performing pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Formal corporate sales training experience required; medical devices preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-generated training content is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver live and virtual training programs for multiple disease states.
• Elevate selling skills, product knowledge, and clinical understanding.
