Job summary

Syneos Health Remote, United States is seeking a Sales Training Manager to develop, deliver, and manage customized training programs for clients. Working with the National Project Director, the STM will implement objectives, program development and execution to ensure ongoing skill development of the sales force.

The role requires leadership in onboarding, product and disease training, and management training, with collaboration across client teams and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Adult learning principles, facilitation and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication.
• Project management with timelines and priorities.
• MS Office proficiency and virtual meeting platforms.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate field training programs to ensure execution and skill development.
• Interface with field sales management and internal teams to drive client results.
• Create and maintain a Training Plan with goals, strategies and tactics.
• Provide coaching in the field on disease, product and selling/communication skills.
• Support meetings with training materials and facilitation.
• Integrate processes to ensure compliance between Syneos Health and client.
• Develop annual training strategy, roadmap and plan aligned with client goals.
• Define objectives, outcomes, and reinforcement plans for onboarding and backfills.
