Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a Director of Training for Pharmaceutical Sales to lead design, development and implementation of training programs across products and teams. This remote, full-time role partners with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure onboarding and ongoing skills development.

The position requires 3-5 years in a Sales Training role in pharma/devices, strong classroom and presentation skills, and travel readiness; LMS and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Training role within the Pharmaceutical or Device industry.
• Pharmaceutical/Device experience a plus
• Experience delivering training to a variety of audiences in a corporate setting.
• Preferred experience selling and/or training.
• Ability to command a strong classroom presence and translate concepts into learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and implementation of training materials for current and future products.
• Develop advanced learning programs focused on clinical acumen, skill development, and account management.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to support onboarding and ongoing training.
• Manage onboarding, live/virtual training, and national meetings; ensure timely competency.
