Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution and grow the account portfolio in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will lead regional sales efforts, define strategies, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to deliver value to customers across channels. The role emphasizes building relationships with influencers, generating leads, and providing technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer levels and expand networks.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
