Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution, grow the account portfolio, and drive cross-functional collaboration with production and supply chain.

You will generate leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions to customers across multiple channels, building relationships at various levels of client organizations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulatory and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
