Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

You will engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, providing sales analytics, and delivering solutions that meet customer challenges while aligning with Dow's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
