Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to grow the regional account portfolio and manage distribution for both small and large customers.

You will define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and collaborate with multiple channels to deliver value. Responsibilities include forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, negotiating pricing, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve market share growth while maintaining Dow’s standards of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 level.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Manage customer relationships and expand the network across the org.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product strategy and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
