The role focuses on outbound engagement with existing customers, driving deposits, lending, and relationship growth while supporting the sales strategy and coaching bankers to maximize opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating sales programs, enabling effective marketing initiatives, and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required or equivalent demonstrated through work experience/education.
• 3+ years of project management experience with ability to coordinate resources and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of sales support and sales enhancement techniques in the industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and set priorities to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills including presentation and writing ability.
• Experience coaching and influencing others to achieve goals.
• Maintains appropriate sales licensing.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Access and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports, enhances and increases sales performance per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinates ongoing sales and marketing support programs, including regional promotions and product campaigns.
• Leads or assists with strategy meetings and generates ideas based on market knowledge.
• Researches issues and opportunities to inform projects and adds input from analysis.
• Creates and implements project plans; coordinates with internal teams, marketing, and vendors to complete programs.
• Communicates with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure priorities are addressed.
