Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling products in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months of retail banking sales or related consultative role with proven success in acquiring and deepening customers.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions of Relationship Banker.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent communication, consultative, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross-selling banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calls, portfolio management and community engagement.
• Meet customer financial needs including transactional, servicing, and product offerings.
• Ensure an elevated, personalized, and seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Responsibilities may extend to nearby branches based on business needs.
