Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value consumer and small business clients. You will deepen relationships through proactive outreach and cross-selling across Santander products.

You will act as the product expert, assess client needs, and deliver needs-based solutions while collaborating with team partners to achieve branch goals and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years selling products and/or services in incentive-based environment.
• 2+ years in financial services with new client acquisition and development.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Relationship Banker responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and small business clients.

• Be the Santander product expert and present benefits to clients.
