Job summary

You will coach and manage performance, build client relationships, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management position.
• Advanced experience in the industry with an expertise in a specific skill set or business area.
• Knowledge of MSA Terminology, Workers’ Compensation and liability cases.
• Aptitude for solving complex issues for account management, sales and potential clients.
• Ability to educate clients and prospective clients, manage and build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Workers’ Compensation and/or Medicare Set Aside SME with post settlement administration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a list of key accounts and supervise a team of Strategic Account Specialists.
• Coach, facilitate performance, and foster a positive work culture.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain product value.
• Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs.

• Identify industry trends and relay action plans throughout the sales org.
