Santander is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Client Support in the United States to provide day-to-day client service via phone, email and in-person interactions.

You’ll handle account inquiries, process paperwork, and support Relationship Managers while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks. Key activities include opening accounts, balance and transaction inquiries, producing reports, assisting with compliance requests, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent demonstrated through work experience or education.
• 3+ years of customer service, business process, or project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily customer requests via phone and system; account opening and balance inquiries.
• Assist Relationship Managers by answering calls, data entry, and gathering information.
• Prepare and distribute weekly ICC reports and attend meetings.
• Support loan officers with documentation, payoff letters, and history requests.
• Process invoices and maintain insurance evidence in credit files.
• Identify cross-sell and retention opportunities while ensuring compliance.
