The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales operations, business strategy, and program management, with a proven ability to build repeatable processes and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales operations, business strategy, or program management in a high-growth technology or enterprise sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable operational frameworks to improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and consistency.
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic sales programs with milestones and risk management.
• Analyze complex data using Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver actionable leadership insights.
• Communicate strategic recommendations and operational performance to executives through clear presentations and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions to support a growing sales organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align priorities and drive success.
• Build and improve repeatable processes for long-term growth and scalability.
• Attend internal practice meetings and contribute to thought leadership.
• Develop client case studies and learning material for Digital Transformation practice.
