itD is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist IV to drive program execution across multiple products and platforms. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and AI-assisted workflows, with remote US work and hybrid options in NYC, Menlo Park, DC, or Seattle.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in technical product operations, program management, and SQL analytics, delivering measurable operational improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with CTEs, window functions, joins, and data transformations.
• Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis or automate tasks.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching initiatives and accelerating delivery.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to analyze product data and identify trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for real-time decision-making.
• Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to speed data analysis and automate repetitive tasks.
• Identify and mitigate program risks using data to anticipate roadblocks and plan mitigations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong organization and execution standards.
