Job summary

ASE Global, a leading supplier in the semiconductor packaging space, seeks a Sales Manager in Sunnyvale, CA. You will support the Director of Sales in account development, manage a sales force, and own the customer revenue pipeline with direct factory interface.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 10–12 years of sales experience in semiconductors, with fluency in English and strong communication skills. Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering required.
• 10–12 years sales experience in semiconductor/packaging.
• Strong understanding of IC assembly and test processes.
• Experience managing key accounts and delivering sales proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strategize new customer business and increase market share.
• Prepare quotes and forecasts; drive quarterly reviews.
• Lead negotiations on Statements of Work and define scope and terms.
• Coordinate technical and business activities to generate revenue with ASE.
• Manage and review sales team performance.
