Platform Recruitment seeks an Area Sales Manager to lead a semiconductor sales team across California. You will drive strategy, manage key accounts, and close large deals while coordinating with engineering and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.

The role requires 8+ years in high-tech sales, a proven leadership record, and willingness to travel. Base salary plus bonuses and commission is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor or related high-tech industries.
• Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for assigned markets to hit targets.
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Reps through the full sales cycle.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new distribution channels and geographic/vertical markets.
• Manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and lead tracking to close deals.
• Build relationships with customers and executives as the primary contact for strategic accounts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executive management on updates, insights, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, legal, and operations to align needs and offerings.
• Lead contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales data and report market trends to senior leadership.
• Monitor post-sale activity to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance.
