Job summary

ASE Global is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager in Sunnyvale, California, who will support the VP of Sales in account development and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of sales experience, including 7 years in the semiconductor packaging sector and proficiency in English and Mandarin. The role comes with a base salary between $150,000 and $180,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of sales experience, including 7 years in the Contract Manufacturing/EMS or semiconductor packaging industry.
• Direct sales experience in consumer products with major clients.
• Ability to work independently and make sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop new customer business and increase market share.
• Prepare written quotes and quarterly reviews, forecasting sales.
• Coordinate technical support to optimize revenue with existing customers.
