Job summary

ASE (U.S.) INC. in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to support the VP of Sales in account development and revenue ownership.

You will lead a sales force, drive performance reviews, and coordinate with factory interfaces to grow the customer pipeline. Ideal candidates have 12–14 years in Contract Manufacturing/EMS or semiconductor packaging, plus direct sales with major clients. Fluent English and Mandarin required; MS Office skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12–14 years of sales experience in Contract Manufacturing/EMS or semiconductor packaging.
• Direct sales experience with major clients (Fortune 500 or equivalent).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer business and increase market share with existing customers.
• Coordinate and manage technical and business activities to drive revenue.
• Prepare quotes, reviews, forecasts, and proposals for key accounts.
